Shards of Eradine 0.9.9.1 (No More Party on the Roof Edition) (Patreon)

Just a quick note that thanks to some furious testing by all over v0.9.9 over the weekend and the floods of really, really great messages over bugs, we've already found two of the biggest bugs and resolved them.

The first is the major z-index issue throughout is a big big issue and this one was fixed with one line of code changed... again, my bad trying to optimise a routine Id already optimised with some dynamic scaling to replace with a static counter and caused this issue!

The second is capture zones failing after Whistle Grotto. The suspect code is found. Destroyed. Fixed.

We're going spend the rest of the day working through some of the greater issues, and get a 0.9.9.1 out later today too. Thanks to everyone for their bug fixes and comments!
