Quick response for the questionnaire result (Patreon)

Thank you, my dear patrons. I had received quite a few feedbacks. Here’s some quick summary and my thoughts on them:

Favorite benefits:

The Highest Ranking benefits are:

1. NSFW edits (18 votes)

2. NSFW bonus (each have 17 votes)

3. High resolution pictures and suggesting idea for exclusive content (16 votes each)

Acknowledged! I therefore will make sure to provide these benefits consistently.

On the other hand, progression screenshot receives very little vote (1 vote). I therefore think it is no longer needed to be included. Making those screenshots take time too. I therefore would like to replace it with PSD files.

Any other benefits you wish I offered:

People mention:

1. PSD files (2 mention): PSD files require less effort to provide than screenshots. So I’d like to provide that replacing the original screenshots benefits.

2. non-pony art:

Well, sure! XD, there’s a similar suggestion that I’d talk about in the end.

3. OC cameo on bigger project: This is refereeing to a comic project (Sonic franchise) I’m currently working on that I only mentioned on my Discord channel. And coincidentally, that’s exactly I’m planning to do. Once I finalized my script, I’ll ask supporters if they had OC that would like to make a cameo in the comic.

4. YCH adoptable: Since YCH adoptable is still commission in nature, I think I can include that in my commission sheet. But rather than create base that specific for adoptable, how about I’m open to use any of my previous drawing as base for the adoptable. That way I can still provide this service without adding much burden on me. Just that if the character’s body type being significantly different from the existing illustrations, I’ll have to charge extra for the effort of redrawing.

5. Commission Raffles: Well, I’m not fully sure how this work. ^^; If the someone could DM and explain it to me, I think I can evaluate if I’m able to provide that in the future.

Understood! I am interested in creating more sexy content, but I’ll make sure I’d draw some cute, adorable content every month as well.

Well, nothing interesting to remark here. Patreon itself being top vote aren’t very surprising as most patrons who take the questionnaire had supported me more than a year. Though I just thinking maybe I should try to be more active on other platforms to reach more audience.

keep the better voted options for future poll:

It’s close, but the responses that support “having a recycle month that allow the better voted options being voted again” is slightly more. So, I’ll implement that in the future. Since June’s suggestion is already under way, I’d like to make July being the first recycle month.

have 2 different polls:

It’s close too, but the responses that support “2 different polls that both presents every month” is slightly more. So here’s I’m going to do, starting June:

1. When collecting ideas, I’ll separate the ideas into 2 categories: Sexy and General (though I’d encourage more adorable ideas).

2. I’ll collect 3-4 ideas for each category. If no idea is present, I’ll make up ones to reach the desired number.

3. When voting, as the poll is already allow multiple votes, I’ll still present all of them in a single poll, with prefix marking the categories. For example. G-1; G-2; G-3; S-1, S-2; S-3…etc.

4. After voting, I’d select the highest voted options from each category.  Then, select the highest voted one from the remaining options.

5. These 3 will then be rendered into an finished artwork.

Example:

If

G-1 : 14 votes G-2 : 2 votes   G-3 : 15 votes

S-1 : 11 votes   S-2 : 20 votes  S-3 : 12 votes

Then

G-3, S-2 being the highest among the category will be selected. In the remaining four options, G-1 is the highest. Therefore G-3, S-2 and G-1 win out this month’s poll.

Other suggestions:

1. When completing the poll options, do highest rated ones first. And if I have spare time, draw the low rated ideas, even just a sketch without color.

This is a very interesting idea and I think I can certainly do the former. It’s possible I do the latter to some degree, but I can’t promise how well I can do.

2. Draw arts other than MLP and Sonic franchise:

Sure thing! I don’t consume popular culture or media as much as I’d like nowadays, but I do have a few ideas I can give it a try. If I can I want to develop a style that that’s relatively simple, but still contain some degree of quality so I can provide more content in quantity and varieties without adding too much burden to myself.

3. Creating “Part of a set” works where it starts softcore then progress into hardcore:

It’s a wonderful idea. I’ll give it a try in the future!

4. Don't be afraid to take some time off from drawing if it starts to feel bothersome.

Thanks! I actually planned to pause Patreon for a month so I can working on the big comic project mentioned previously, as well as do some practice (which I had been ignoring for a long time.). I haven’t decided which month to pause. I’ll announced it when I need it.
