Feeling alone didn't begin with the lockdown and it didn't stop when it ended.  I know there are days when you feel like no one cares and that no one will be there for you.

Please believe me when I say there ARE people who love you and there ARE people who care.

They may not always be able, and available, and this audio is my attempt to put a small shamrock-shaped bandage on your heart in a difficult moment.
