Yaaas I love this yoga kick that you’re on! I wasn’t familiar with Nidra before this but I just looked into it and it’s even used to help soldiers recover from ptsd! That’s really incredible, thanks for making this one! 🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♂️🧡

Yup. It’s super relaxing. My feeling is it came from Ramana Maharishi, it’s very similar to his awakening He laid on the floor and let his body go “dead” and it lead to a life of peace and joy. 🙏

Gael, This is perfect. Left me feeling very relaxed, peaceful and calm. I didn't move or open my eyes for a while after, just maintaining that blissful self aware state. I have a mindful relaxation playlist for a few years now, that has only 2 audios on it. The tone, pacing and guidance in this was perfect. My favourite relaxation audios are ones where long after the audio has ended, I haven't moved and my eyes remain closed, staying in that mindless blissful state. When I opened my eyes after listening to this, almost an hour had passed. This will be the 3rd track in my mindful relaxation playlist. Thank you for this gift.

As I said on the Twitter, this audio was glorious. I have not felt this relaxed and peaceful in longer than I care to remember. I was able to turn off all the clamoring voices in my head and just be. That is a precious gift. I haven't felt that since Atomic Heart Hug audio. I am looking forward to the extended comfort version coming soon to a Youtube channel near me.😉 Again my soul thanks you for this gift. Sending all the love and comfort back around to you...🤝💕

This audio kicked my middle of the night insomnia in the butt 😙 I tried to do everything you suggested (staying still is a bit difficult 😅) and I felt so relaxed I felt the pain I was experiencing in my back and legs lessen, and I went back to sleep 😴 Well done 👏 🥰

I purposely did not listen to this yesterday because I didn’t feel deserving of it. Yes, I realize how stupid that sounds now. This week I have been incredibly hard on myself, setting unrealistic expectations and getting upset when they weren’t met. Listening to this audio is the first time I’ve felt truly relaxed all week so thank you.

I was having an upset stomach earlier due to some extreme stress and anxiety so I was having a trouble sleeping. Then I remember you uploaded a new audio and decided to finally give it a listen. And I really wanted to thank you coz after I listened to this I am now feeling a lil bit better, no more upset stomach and I'm calm now. Think I can sleep peacefully tonight! Listening to this really improved my mood. I realized how anxious I’ve been, and while I didn’t really go through the motions, the calmness and pacing of your voice and the rain were soothing enough. It helped me be somewhere else for a time. Plus, I’m sure just hearing you released some dopamine in my brain 😍. You’re really marvelous at these meditation audios too! Thank you so much for this ❤️

Shavasana! My favy part of yoga class at the Y 💖💖💖😴😴 This was nice. I have been having some wild dreams lately and this helped me go back to sleep. This reminds me of the “goodnight toes” thing I mentioned a while back. 💕💕 When you said relax the shoulders I was reminded of my instructor who would go around during shavasana and touch people’s feet if they wanted, etc. When she arrived at me, she would pull my feet but then always come around and gently but firmly press my shoulders down. So nice 🧘🏻‍♀️ Namaste, mo stór💜
