Good day my Lovelies and Happy September!

Last night my neighbour next door had a family emergency and left her young child here with me.  

Her child is rested and fed and in a peaceful house.  Hopefully everything will be sorted soon and she'll be back with her family today.


This of course put a bit of a wrench in recording with a child in the house.  

I've two 20+ min recordings I'll be releasing as soon as I can record the last bit!

I think it's a fun project and I hope you'll enjoy them.  I'm terribly sorry for the delay.  


In the meantime I will add either a new revisit or a lost audio today!

As soon as I'm free to record the last touch of Double Gael, I'll make sure it's here!

Hope everything is OK with her family. That can be so scary for a kid. They are lucky to have you. Also I'd like to book a room. Not picky about which one as long as it's near the recording studio. I'll barter for it by chasing the seagulls away while you record.

Things happen that are sometimes out of our control and that’s ok! We never need an apology when stuff like that happens, so don’t worry, we definitely can keep ourselves occupied until then 😉 But that was so kind of you though and hope everything is alright with her family.

There's a jingle in a commercial over here that comes to mind, "Like a good neighbor, Gael is there." 😉 😆The sense of community and we do for each other was one of the most charming aspects of my trip to Ireland. I can definitely understand with a guest in the house why recording must be pushed back. No worries, friend. Thanks for the update though. You know we'd worry if we didn't know why you were silent on a Sunday. Hope you get to have some fun with your wee guest.

Answer me this if you will (because I'm never been to the ancestors homeland) is everyone in Ireland as nice, trustworthy and neighborly as you? One time, a neighbor came screaming to my door pounding trying to break the door down. When I opened it she shoved her kid inside and said "the police are coming lock the door! hopefully I'll be back!" So we entertained that child all night we had tea party, and watched cartoons, played dress up, I bet I rocked her for 5 hours. The next morning mom came back and to spare the triggering details the baby was alive because she was brave enough to run down stairs and hide her child. You never know the impact and outcome your kindness can have. Audios, while fun, pale in comparison to taking care of eachother.
