This audio will go up on YouTube tomorrow, but I wanted to ask your opinion.  

Would you like an hour long version of the sleep sounds or is 20 mins long enough to help you sleep?

An hour would be LOVELY!!! I know I either fall asleep quickly.....or taking forever. I think an hour will give the listener enough time no matter if they are quick or longer to fall asleep. You are too good & sweet to us G!!! Thank you 😘😘😘💕💕💕💕

The breathing at the end of your sleep aid audios (no matter the genre or intensity) already is so calming. An hour long sounds like heaven!

I think an hour is best. Eighteen minutes gets most people to sleep, but once asleep it takes a bit of time before deep sleep comes on. Also, hearing is the last sense to fade from conscious awareness during both sleep and death, research suggests. For me, if I fall asleep to an audio but it ends before I hit the edge of REM sleep, the lack of audial stimuli can actually wake me back up. One hour is great. That's why I like the sounds of the countryside video for sleep.

An hour version would be best especially if we can't fall asleep that easily - due to stress, emotions, anxiety, whatever. I think on the happier days I can fall asleep in about 10 minutes but when the anxiety and depression get to be too much, it takes much longer and sometimes I can't sleep at all. Your voice always helps then 😊

There's up and downsides to doing the hour long version. Upside is that it will give people who are more finicky a little bit of extra time to fall into deep sleep. Downside to that it could also jar them from sleep if they don't have a form of white noise on in the background. However- there are more pluses than minuses here so I would say if you're ready and/or willing to record and edit an hour of this- do so.

For me, 18 minutes is long enough to <i>fall</i> asleep, but not to <i>stay</i> asleep. I actually have to have your audios on a loop all night long to be able to roll over and go back to sleep when I wake up; without them, I wake up with a panic attack and it takes far longer to get back to sleep. So being able to loop a single one-hour audio 8 or so times instead of four or five audios eight times each (with their varying volume levels, etc) would be useful for me.

the hour long version would be a lot better. this is enough for me to get into a rest sort of mindset. as someone who suffers anxiety the hour long would be a lot better. i’m not just saying this bc want for gael (even though we all definitely want as much as we want 🤭) coming from a mental health position and someone who finds it difficult to sleep normally or in a high flight of anxiety it would be more beneficial.

I'm going to be greedy and say, if possible, both. But my sleeping habits are not consistent. Lol Some times I know I'll fall asleep right away and some times my brain wants to take me on a fantastic voyage at 2am. 😞😅

An hour version would be perfect. Because not at all times we can fall asleep that fast. So it would be safer to do it for an hour than 18 mins where it can happen you are still awake. Just my opinion.😏

You will need an hour because it will take 20 minutes just to shake off the tingles 😜 But seriously, the rustling, the breath sounds, the faint rain sounds afterwards give that needed sense of relaxation and comfort. Absolutely love this!! "That beautiful heartbeat" 😍 #mmmmm

Hi Gael, you could upload two versions if you like. Fast sleepers will find 18 mins to be sufficient, but I personally take more than 45 mins to fall asleep. Does the final audio comes with background sounds like soft winds, nature or raindrops? It'll be nice to have background sounds to accompany your breathing and whispers until the audio fades away. It'll paint a peaceful scenario of you drifting away with the listener. Just a little thought 😘

When you say the word tummy, you make me melt, sweetling.😍 The visuals here with the face caressing were so relaxing and adoring, I just loved it.❤ As far as if this should be an hour, I'll say that generally 18 minutes is good for me, however, I find myself going to your Bedtime Stories 2 audio if I'm having a particularly tough time falling asleep, because that one has a long buffer of even breathing at the end that I find extremely soothing. So, having this as an hour would be a nice, welcome experiment to try out if I'm ever having a very rough time going to sleep. ❤

hahaha when u ask it like that, ofc majority of us would say an hour is good. i dun see rly see the downside of it if its not too much effort? there are times when im not falling asleep and the audio on youtube is over and i hv to click on another one or repeat it, which would wake me up lol i’ll speak for my future me and insomniacs that hour long will be good yas. xD

An hour long version would be better. I haven't had a good night's sleep lately; I've been waking up in the middle of the night a lot, and I've had to listen to a few of your sleep audios to go back to sleep. The 18 minute version would help me fall asleep, but an hour long version could help me <i>stay</i> asleep the whole night.
