Getting Rid of the $1 Tier (Patreon)

I suggested this last month, but it has been a while. Nonetheless, I'l be getting rid of the $1 tier. To those who are currently pledging one dollar, I'll give you some time to change your pledge. The lowest tier after the change will be the $3 one. It gives access to my Discord server and my MEGA drive. So, hey, you get more out of the lowest tier.
Before I make the change, I'l send a message to all $1 patrons that this has occured, since it'll likely remove your pledge.
