doing some serious mixed media over here (Patreon)

I've been thinking about this piece for a couple of months now--I may have described it to you in some fashion while the puzzle was starting to buzz..le.

Since I returned home this last Monday night, I have been making moves on it. In the past couple of days, I covered one of my big canvases with black gesso, made a paper mache face (it's my face :3), and crocheted some mesh net from yarn my landlord brought me from a yardsale.

Today I:

picked up some acrylic paint and thick gloss gel medium

knifed that big canvas with it

did some lite natural dying
