Toni Braxton - Breathe Again, 7 Whole Days, Un-Break My Heart. You might have heard one or all of them. She's one of my favourite Altos and the reason I got comfortable singing as one instead of the Soprano II I was told I was for years especially in choir. People usually think only Sopranos can hit high notes or "really sing" for women, but there's power and richness behind a well rounded Alto voice and the Ms. Toni Braxton has it.
