Preview of video on making sulfur dioxide. As usual it's just a preview using the computer voice.

Simple and straightforward video. i'm thinking of posting this video, and the hotplate stirrer repair video together so we have two simple videos to make up for a complex video.

Burning sulfur easy but conc sulfur and sulfuric acid is neat. Never heard of sulfur and hot conc H2SO4 won't try since boiling sulfuric acid at 337 deg C is very dangerous.

One of my pet peeves is people describing something as an "experiment" when it is really a "demonstration" or "procedure". It seems everybody does it, though, so this is likely a pointless crusade. I realize "experiment" is likely a magic word that appeases the web search engines, but using it might confuse the general public's understanding of the scientific method, part of which involves making (true) experiments.
