Update on Refunds & Patreon (Patreon)

Because of the big influx of refunds and our limited monthly budget due to our bills, we decided to be keeping the Patreon as long as it is needed, and we'll keep posting WIPs, sketches and other stuff more gradually as rewards. Once all refunds have been processed, we will dump the rest of content and close the Patreon down.

This is about Siren's commissions but the plan will be updated later to include eXcito's few
unfinished commissions as well.
