Noodle Kugel (Patreon)

Kugel is a baked casserole, most commonly made from lokshen or Jewish egg noodles or potatoes. It is a traditional Ashkenazi Jewish dish, often served on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. American Jews also serve it for Thanksgiving dinner.
