What is new in version 2.7.0?

This update is some extra foodie love for vampires! With new plasma food and ingredients!

  --------------------------------------------

F.A.Q

  • Q: Where is the "Vampire Meal" menu? I don't see it.
  • A: You must be a Vampire Occult to see the menu. Humans and other occult cannot see it. Using a vampire sim, click on "Make Custom" on any fridge/stove.

 --------------------------------------------

SCCO Bug Fixes - Oops!

I fixed the neat little menu that tells you how much of an item you have in your inventory while you are grocery shopping. So now if you have 30 loaves of bread in your pocket (whos judging) you will see 30 on the grocery purchase menu.

Bug Fixes - EA Eco Lifestyle Plasma Fizzer Drink

With the release of Eco Lifestyle we got a machine to make "Fizzer" drinks. One of them thankfully was plasma fruit for vampires. But sadly, it didn't give vampires back their thirst... Now it does! So now all of our vampire friends can actually be refreshed by a cool plasma fizz.

New Ingredient - Plasma Marmalade

So I don't know about you. But I love jams/jellies/marmalades and other preserve items... shouldn't vampires too? I think so.

You can now purchase a jar of "Plasma Marmalade" while shopping for groceries.

One you get home with your new jar of marmalade. You can open it to get 6 "Spoonfuls of Plasma Marmalade".

Which then can be used as an ingredient in new vampire recipes.

This will be perfect for some of my stories. I don't do vampires, but I often wish I could have food that is less than perfect. Food that the family will gag on. What better way than to use these vampire foods? That way my low end "from the sticks" cook will now serve low end food.

Woot! Peanut butter and plasma sandwiches! The kid side of my bad boy vampire Kyle will love this! Thanks so much for all your work!

does this mod still have an option for no autonomous food and drink?

RickxAbsinthe43

Does this work with the September 4th patch?

SrslySims

No it has been removed and eventually will be reworked as it did not work 100% there was still some occasional food being made after one of the last patches.

SrslySims

Please check for posts about my updates. But no, it needs to be updated to fix the broken rabbit holes. I am working on that update now.

SrslySims

2.7.1 is attached to this post, which is the most recent download.

RickxAbsinthe43

Thank you. I only got to really see this reply now, I'll be sure to download the update as soon as I update my game. I've been waiting on mods.

Hi, is there supposed to be a feature that shows how much of an ingredient your family already has when going to buy ingredients?

SrslySims

Yes if the ingredients are unopened and still in your Sim's personal inventory it will show you on the grocery shopping window how much of that item you have.

Anonymous

Oh, okay. I thought it would base it off the items in the fridge.

Ginger

Hi Srsly, first of all, thanks for this wonderful mod, been using it for months. Does the Leniad version by you need updating? Thanks

Anonymous

Hello there, i have a issue where vampires recipes dont show, what am i doing wrong ?

SrslySims

Make sure you are using a vampire sim. They are the only ones who can see the vampire menu. Other than that just be sure you have the correct skill in homestyle/baking.
