Diva to Donuts Cover Page Redo (And an update about all my future content!) (Patreon)

Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to talk about my future and how I feel about my content in general. It’s been about two years since I started drawing fat art, and about 3 years since I started drawing more than doodles. I’m still working on improving my overall art style and reducing inconsistencies.

Diva to Donuts was my first real work with female characters and as such I have found looking back that my art style has changed a lot. This cover and the previous page are a step in the direction I would like to take the art style. This will mean that earlier pages will look a lot different than what I am doing going forward, but I don’t want to purposely hold back my own improvements by trying to match my older work.

So, with this new cover I’m taking this as a challenge to myself to keep up this level of quality going forward. What this might mean however is if something isn’t up to this standard it may be delayed by hours, or a few days while I work on it. I expect I will get faster as I get more used to this style, and it shouldn’t be much of an issue.   

Just One More Bite has been an amazing experience for me as I’ve never had a chance to draw girls at this size before. “Blob” Sizes are something I plan to use sparingly but with this comic I wanted to get as much of it in as I can. However, this has meant that some of the quality is not up to what I have wanted as I often had to redraw and change many things as I was figuring it out.   

Trouble with Temptation/Taste of Temptation is going to be a huge project for me. While I was mapping out Diva to Donuts, I still found myself stuck withing a world I created without much thought back when I created my previous comic. This limited me a lot in what I could do with the character, but I think you will all be shocked with what path the comic will eventually take!  

However, Trouble with Temptation/Taste of Temptation is something I have been working on the story and world setting for months. I am so excited to show you what I can do with it, but I want to be sure both my writing and art are able to be up to the level I want to give.

As for writing, Co-writing Just One More Bite with Rain has gone so well, I plan to involve her in Trouble with Temptation/Taste of Temptation, so expect some of her influence to be in there as well.   

I am eternally grateful for all the support I’ve received when switching to purely female WG content and with this support I’ll continue pushing myself to improve my overall style and learn new body types helping my art correct these inconsistency's!
