Honestly both are good because they both have movies and shows that the other doesn't have. Are you planning to watch movies shows on there?

I don't live in the states but some Korean broadcasters do not let us in Korea watch certain shows online, so I use Kocowa they have more of what I like than Viki.

KOCOWA. I’m a huge Running Man fan and Viki dropped pretty close to 200 episodes of their old content.
