Change in the rewards delivery format. (Patreon)

 Hello friends, as you might have noticed, I've changed the way I deliver the rewards a little bit.

TL,DR:

From now on, instead of waiting until I gather a bunch of pics to post them as an "art-pack", I will be posting new pics (and the rewards) as soon as they are done.

 With this change I'm hopping to be able to be more productive, and also focus more on creating stuff I think is cool instead of trying to catch up with an specific amount of pictures per "pack".

 With the old format I was always worried if I would be able to finish the pack in time for delivering, if I decide to create a more complex picture that would take me double the amount of time than a normal picture, I would end up thinking "ok, this took much longer to finish than usual, now I need to do something simpler, or I will delay the pack again", and I would inevitably get delayed again, and next month things would repeat.

 The truth is, I love drawing and painting, I do it all the time almost every day, I do not feel burnout and I want to keep drawing, I have a bunch of ideas I want to put on paper,  but this old format made me constantly anxious and worried about schedule and "value per pack" and all these organizational things that have nothing to do with creating art, it was actually removing a lot of the joy I take on drawing/painting.

 So that's the gist of it, in general nothing will change much, polls will be done monthly as usual, the content and amount of pics I create per month will stay the same, I'm just simplifying my format of delivering so I'm not constantly rushing to catch up anytime some more complex picture take longer to finish than I expected.
