Before starting your webcomic, what part did you struggle with the most planning-wise (story, script, thumbnails, layout, character design, etc.) and what part of the process do you feel is a big part to any webcomic's success?

I heard you were doing nursing before deciding on webtoon full time, is that why you chose Shinae's dad as a nurse and show how tiring it is to be a nurse? (overworked and rarely appreciated)

when will smol quimchee return? the sweet lil one that used to show up at the end? are you getting enough sleep? night owl quimchee at it again. How's your tax refund like? ok that was like a really nosy question but I wanna know how that would work with your job. no need to answer. When you worked as a nurse, do you ever deal with coworkers leaving during busy seasons? like i have a job at a hotel and summer time is busy time. Coworkers be leavin' and now we're understaffed. ooof

If this still makes it, what made you decide to have your idea for a comic to actually becoming a webtoon? What was your inspiration for taking things to the next level? If it was something you waited to do, why did you wait?
