Hi everyone! As I keep working on the incoming videos of the big tank and as there's not much to do on that one as to wait for parts to print and assemble them, I've continued making progress on the skateboard tank. The 3D design is almost complete but I still need to figure out a few things but I already started printing the parts that I'm sure aren't going to change.

This is going to (hopefully) work as regular e-skateboard, acceleration is going to be done through a remote control on the hand and steering is going to be done by leaning on the top board as in a regular skateboard. There have been many challenges on the design, the tread (single) goes all the way around and the front and back assemblies have to swivel to allow for steering so the entire thing has to allow room for the tread to twist as well.

The propulsion is going to be done through a single (for now) Turnigy aerodrive SK3 192KV Brushless motor through a twin stage chain reduction which will hopefully be torquey enough to rip the thing apart before stalling.

I hope this one to be usable so there are a few steel and wooden parts in there that will help us on that goal.

Leave your thoughts below, thanks!!

This is one I want to build for sure!
