I've completely redesigned the suspension set, for starters and to give you a hint on size, old wheels OD 66 mm, this ones 90 mm. Everything beefed up. The spring? it'll only flex if an elephant steps on the tank, but I hope it doesn't break. 

Will it hold? will it break? I don't know but I'm pretty sure that this one has better chances than the old one. 

I'll print it on PLA even as I know that PETG would hold better, that's partially because I don't have any on stock and I know I'll receive some soon and partially because I think this can be done with PLA, you know some sort of maker principles...
