I'm on the concept phase of a Desktop BlackBelt like printer. The main goal for now on this project is to be able to print multiple copies of the same part unattended, which would also solve my problem with the last 100 grams of every spool. There are still lot's of issues to solve but I think this is a good time to ask for input. If I end up seeing it feasible, which features would you be interested in? print size? speed? multi-material? IDEX?

Thanks!!

What I would like to see is something like filament modules - "catridges" that contain a spool of filament that slots right into a bowden extruder. That way the system could have a whole magazine of those modules and could even change spools unattended for quite some time. Also notifications and status updates via website/smartphone would be cool, in case you have the little noisy factory sitting somewhere in the basement. That way you can't forget to change filament in time or empty the parts bucket or get a reminder when the printing file queue is empty - you get the idea. :D
