Jared is back for the next entry in Apple TV's haunted baby genre, The Changeling. Based on a book I think? About some kinda creature from folklore I think??? Honestly no idea what we're getting into... but we like LaKeith Stanfield!

Yea no, I was fully enjoying the show up to episode 5. I also went in completely blind and had different expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised in the beginning despite it not being what I had imagined. But now I feel robbed of my time, the island was stupid, Henry is stupid, the ending is stupid, episode 7 is stupid. They had so much potential, and now they're using the viewers to get a second season since they answered 0 questions. I cannot think of a single plot point that was completed, even the discovery of Lillian killing Brian did not fill any hole or satisfy any curiosity. Without PMI I would not have watched this or continued past episode 5 so I have Eric and Jared to thank for providing me with some sort of entertainment to distract me from the mess that became the Changeling
