As soon as I found out that there's a prequel coming out later this year, I figured it was time to dust off The Hunger Games in preparation. Truly a relic of a bygone YA adaptations era, the Hunger Games series wasn't quite a Twilight but stood out from your Divergents, Maze Runners, etc.

I've seen the first three and had no interest in the fourth, but Alan has seen all of em and has even read the books!
