okay honestly i also thought morgan was the same actress bc i swear when filming pics were dropped earlier in the year everyone on twitter was like “and it’s the same actress for morgan!” like she looks so much like her too

Krista

i havent finished the track so u may adress it but i dont know why youd double check so you prob dont but its actually not morgan from the original playing morgan, her name comes up on imdb because she has a cameo. she stopped acting when she was like 8

Krista

i should’ve trusted we were on the same wave length and you would double check for no reason

I was curious about the animation too and looked it up - turns out for both Enchanted and Disenchanted, Disney actually had to outsource the animation because they don't have enough 2D animators anymore :( Enchanted was outsourced to an animation studio run by a former Disney animator, which explains why it looks a bit more like "authentic" 2D Disney. Disenchanted was outsourced to a Canadian animation studio whose done some Dr. Suess stuff for Netflix and Looney Tunes shorts Warner Bros.

I haven't finished this yet but if you did not figure it out Rachel Covey's cameo occurs when Giselle (Amy Adams) meets the Queen of Monrolasia shortly after making her wish. Covey's "Monrolasia Girl" is a villager who reminds Giselle of the town's festival.

The animated world decaying was because the real world needed the magic from it for the spells (they randomly mention all of this in that one song about the wand)

That's interesting. It's cool to see the same subject material in those two different styles. I noticed a similar difference in the set design. The sets in the second one are very good and are cohesive. But the sets are much more produced, even before Giselle made her wish. In the first one, they filmed on location a lot. The sets felt real. They had the same budget, so it's not because they had more money. I think that's part of why the movies feel so different.
