GOOOOO T̶I̶G̶E̶R̶S̶ WILDCATS!!!

Almost a decade after our commentary tracks for the original trilogy, we're going back to East High for (*takes a deep breath*) High School Musical: The Musical: The Series!

Thank goodness Derick has never seen this show before because I can't think of anybody better to watch it with!

Bring on the singing, dancing, and teen drama! WHAT TEAM?!

woahh, I thought status quo was from south park

DUG

When South Park did a hsm episode and they did status quo as a song , I barely remember hsm3 and only remember 1&2

Rebecca

The "blonde girl" Olivia references in Driver's License is Sabrina Carpenter (of Tall Girl fame of course)!! Joshua Bassett allegedly started dating her right after breaking up with Olivia, which is what inspired her to write the song. And then when it became a media circus Sabrina and Joshua each retaliated with their own songs

Victoria

it was the cello player that was arrested for robbing a pizza place

Cody Downey

The blonde girl y'all keep seeing at the end is from the third season. The actress is Meg Donnelly, most well-known for those Zombies Disney Channel Movies and I think she is on that Supernatural prequel show.

y’all missing the entire phone plot nearly killed me

as i was watching along, i jotted down things in my notes app to explain to you guys in my comment 1. olivia rodrigo is actually half asian (filipino, which explains the latino last name) 2. EJ and ashlyn (red hair girl) are cousins 3. olivia is actually not the youngest in the cast, the actress for gina is a year younger than her

Ashley Lynne Evans

Okay please tell me there is a Zach Stone reference in every single one of these because you just called the gym "the James" and I squealed
