Agreed, I quite liked the fact that she cares about her sisters, but it just felt like we were having fun and just got bombed with it, more of a gradual transition towards thats might have worked? Who knows, and I liked that the teens were “modern day witchy” but maybe could have cast some kids who could be more excited? Lol

Genuinely loved everything, but her powers were the start of the downfall. I don’t think it ruins the movie but it was weirdly disappointing and flat 😭 I also wished the new kids would’ve given us more energy, it’s like they were sedated

I don’t mind the ending it’s cool with more magic spells than the original,the way they humanize Winifred is an emotion of that she cares and misses her sisters,that’s good character development and good acting,it doesn’t make her a good person,she’s still crazy tho,the sisters are great and the new kids are basically the audience they’re ok,this movie feels like a good Disney channel movie

Had fun with it too but definitely agree it fell apart in the third act. Would you want to see a third movie with the original kids returning??
