And now for something completely different... Steve Rogers becoming Captain America during World War II to battle the Red Skull, being frozen in ice, and subsequently being revived. RATED PG-13 for some mild language and violence. The special effects are awful, it's no wonder this has a 9% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
