Well in the Netflix show about a girl escaping her Hasidic Jewish community called Unorthodox her and her husband did sleep in separate beds. I think they only do that when the wife is on her period (5 days) and then the following 7 days after. Most women ovulate 12 days after the first day of their period so I think that’s the logic behind that.
