Longtime viewers will know that, as a fan of the book series, I have been looking forward to an Artemis Fowl movie for at least a decade. While I had some hope for it back when Kenneth Branagh was attached to direct, that all went out the window once I saw the trailer. And then it got dumped on Disney+. Yikes.

But hey! Perhaps the marketing has been misleading in order to sell the movie to a broad audience but it actually follows the books very closely!

Right?

... Maybe?

Anyway, this is the culmination of twenty years of my anticipation and as long as I get to see Josh Gad shit dirt I'll be happy.
