Progress w3 / March (Patreon)

Hey guys,

so first of all, I changed the rabbit costume to white, so it's more in line with the fable.

This week, we had the mocap session, I prepared everything, did a test recording and everything was smooth. Then later the actress arrived, we recorded... and nothing works. I have no idea what happened, but I am pretty upset. I am using a setup with 2 xbox one kinects, I was able to get decent results before so I have no idea what went wrong.

However I am commited to mocap on this project, it would be really super hard to do some of the stuff I have planned. So right now I am going to try another session with the current setup and see if it was just a fluke, but if that doesn't pan out, I am thinking about buying a mocap suit.

I am thinking about getting a Perception Neuron 3, the issue is it would take about 2 months to arrive. So either way I decided that right now I am gonna work on the stuff I can do without mocap and for the story just create narrated stills - something like Pearl Necklace.

I am definitely aiming for fully animated movie, but I think it's the best course right now to get something done and move forward.
