January we saw the public release of Pandory Tool v1.10 and the early access release of v1.11.  It does take a lot out of us for each release- but the cogs do keep turning.

Accidentally buy a Pandora Saga GT?  Well you may be in luck!  Even though it sports an AmLogic S812, it has been nerfed software side. No PSP games can be downloaded from the store or run at all.

If you're feeling dangerous, and aren't afraid to brick your unit, here are the instructions in turning the GT into a (close enough) Saga EX2.

It may be risky, but dajoho has had success 100% of the time (at this time of writing!)  It IS risky though.  "it's a bit like upgrading your Mini Metro to a Skoda while driving 40 on the motorway"

When done, it still allows you to keep the online shop - and even lets you play (and download) PSP games!

Here are the instructions:

1. Create a normal backup stick using pandory. Use option 1 when asked.

2. Copy https://busybox.net/downloads/binaries/1.21.1/busybox-armv7l to the USB stick

3.  Replace pandory.sh with the one attached

4. Put the ex2 firmware system.img on the USB stick

5. Put the USB stick in the Pandora

6. Put your fingers in your ears.

Have fun y'all!
