How about the girls from sketch 30. The one on the left is trying to put on a pair of short shorts or jorts and her member and balls are not fitting, she is noticeably frustrated and exclaims,"When will it stop growing?!" And in a second frame the girl from the left is depicted empying a bottle of pills labled,"Dick grow" or something riDiculous like that, into a water bottle. That same watterbottle is sitting next to the girl who is putting on the shorts.

How about a sketch with a girl who is one of those cheesy Japanese super hero who trying to get ready for a battle, but is struggling to get her ample member to fit properly in the tights. I know this may sound similar to l33tman's idea, but I can only say it was a coincidence after just now reading it.
