Hey mamas, dadas, and theymas,

I hope this finds you well.

Let me start off by talking a bit about myself, which I know is a rare occurrence so please forgive my indulgence.

I've said this before but almost every night I'll fall asleep listening to some kind of ASMR or sfw audio.

On nights when I'm particularly anxious/being bombarded with intrusive thoughts I like to listen to layered affirmations to really fill all the stubborn empty space in my head.

So, if you're in need of that kind of washing over, hopefully this audio can do it for you.

I start it with a bit of a breathing exercise and then get into the affirmations. It's layered and looped a couple times so that you can turn it on and hopefully drift to sleep if you need a good length of time.

I also through in some rain sounds for maximum comfort!

I’m at a very exciting part of a very good book, and the anxiety can make it hard to settle my mind + body. This audio was perfect for combating (but also complimenting?) that feeling
