Such a memorable episode.  Definitely going down as one of our favs.  Just such a good backstory

What. An. Episode. 🥲😩😩👏👏 just to clarify in case it confuses you at any point or they refer to them using either name: kuzan is his real name (aokiji is a nickname = "blue pheasant"), the guy who destroyed the evacuation boat was called sakazuki (akainu is his nickname = "red dog").

Tears rolling down my face during the whole thing. For me , the pacing in One Piece has always felt bad, it drags like you guys say, but it is mostly an anime only thing. I do think the manga flows very nicely. Even for the annoying villains, in the manga they have no sound so it isn't noticeable xD Robin saying she wants to live is one of the most memorable moments in the series.

So I have seen this particular episode like almost 10+ times now through diff clips and rewatches and reactions. This episode has made me ugly cry every single time without fail. (As i type this with tears in my eyes…mannnnnn I LOVE THIS SERIES)
