Shigaraki is older than Deku, is 20. The doctor told us in episode 20. While Deku should be 15.

This was so hard to watch, even knowing what was to come, it didn't lessen the impact of how awful that situation was. I think I would really be disappointed if All-for-One is Deku's dad. Too cliche and no real foreshadowing for it to pay off in my opinion. Let's see if MHA can at least finish strong!
