I think there will be another season, these last few episodes just added so many more plot points and questions that it feels really unlikely that 3 episodes is enough to wrap up everything. The creator did say this is the only season, however he is known to be a big troll and also at the end of that Q&A he said "all the answers I gave may or may not be lies" so....yea lol

The old anime finished the story in about 3 episodes. So I’m sure it’ll be the same way here

Before we return to the world where Satoko pulls out a gun, I hope the next couple of episodes will be revealing the mysteries for the first 3 arcs. They have so much yet to explain.

SO! there is a different theory behind everything explained in the original series and its only been touched on in this new one with a very specific story much like the demon one with Hanyuu! im curious if they will bother explaining it!
