24 eps. And considering how long the final arc was in the original, 9 episodes sounds about right if they follow that same pattern

They just speedran the episodes! Also the real answer arc starts now! Also in one of the episodes it was explained that there was a loop where Rika did leave and nothing happened but after a while all of a sudden she went to teh start of the loop again for no reason! Also if you keep an eye out for the dialogue, it will give you hints about stuff..

I can completely understand the feeling she had when she saw Akasaka because he did have a role in another timeline she was in but I don't remember what it was. Its been a while.
