There are a ton of One Piece Specials, Episodes Of's and then movies. Typically people always say that you should watch all the movies from movie 6 (which is a fan favourite), then Strong world, Film Z (my personal favourite One Piece thing ever), Film Gold (really fun to watch for the first time but has less replay value), Stampede (Its a blast, or a Stampede as some would say!) and then film red which you'll either love or hate. "Episodes of" are like recaps of arcs but with better animation. Episode of East Blue Saga, Episode of Alabasta etc. They're fun watches but nothing more than that. Then there are the specials, which are for the most part great things and a ton of fun. There are a few I'd recommend like the football or baseball special, or once you've finished fishman island, the 3d2y special. They're nothing too special, but they're good fun.

Anyway, One Piece Strong World. Personally always felt that this is the weakest of the 'newer' One Piece films (the films that all came after one piece movie 6, aka strong world, film z, film gold, stampede and film red. The Luffy vs Shiki action was absolutely incredible and the art and animation are superb, but it just lacks the story to truly keep you hooked imo. Shiki is a fine villain, but only when you really turn your brain off. I don't like powerscaling too much, but its like if Luffy beat Whitebeard in the movie. It took Garp and Sengoku in their prime years to stop him, yet Luffy could in this movie. One aspect that I've also always hated about this movie was that Shiki had Luffy captured in the water and then just decides to slash / free him, which never made sense. However, movie, animation and directing were superb in this film
