Great reaction ! This episode was so good and different in its art direction and animation, it was a lot more trigger coded ( english is not my first language so i have difficulties expressing what i want to say ), this episode is really trigger doing trigger things, the cartoonish style, the poses of the characters, the angle of the plans, the 2 previous episode were very clean and good but this one really stand out. ( again sorry for my english )

A shame people spoiled you about Chilchuck. Like, it is not a big deal, but his age is a comedic reveal down the line but a lot of fans just casually spoil it for newcomers, which will ruin the joke later. This one is a not really a big deal, but fans have been cavalier with other more important spoilers as well, so I would recommend be cautious reading comments in the future. In other subject, this is the first time included the extras from the manga into the story. They only adapted 2 regular sized chapters (episode 2 was 3 chapters and episode 1 had the double length chapter 1) so they had the extra time. It was probably because it was a two parter chapter and adding an extra random monster at the end would feel weird, but I kinda hope they will keep this pace in the future. The manga extras are genuinely great, either expanding on monster ecology and world building (such as this one) or elaborating on the characters and their relationships.
