I love that you guys are enjoying the show so far! Honestly, I myself found the whole dramatic 'running back to her' thing cheesy during my first watch when I was a teenager (not a big rom-com person) but since then I have a new appreciation for these types of scenes, and FB has a lot of them. I now realize that they are not supposed to be cheesy/melodramatic but rather something to remind you to be grateful for what you have, focusing on friendship, family and making real connections.

Can’t wait to hear more of your thoughts on Akito as the series progresses. How it changes or not. Regardless of how I personally feel about him, upon rewatching the series years later, I gained a new understanding of his character and he is one of the most interesting characters for me, with Yuki. (Never thought I would say that, I was a Kyo girl in my younger years. 😂 He is still my fav mind you, but as I grow older and a little more wiser (maybe), I have come to enjoy every character’s journey.)
