I'm usually anime-only, but I feel tempted to read this episode's corresponding manga chapters and compare the pacing. The episode started strong, and it ended strong, but the middle was very hit or miss. My least favorite moments were with Tanjiro in the infirmary, relaying exposition and reminders to the audience. There has to have been a better way to set up the arc than having this hooded guy play 20 Questions while Tanjiro ate. If the interaction had been with a character we actually cared about, I could have been more lenient, but some of the questions he asked Tanjiro felt unnatural.

When Shinazugawa and Iguro went into the infinite room dimension thing, why were they allowed to leave? That seems like a huge blunder by Muzan. Unless maybe he's just scared that they would be able to kill an upper moon before they were killed by the remaining 3 which I don't think is very likely since they don't have their marks at that point. It just seemed like one of those moments where they want characters to have information with none of the consequences related to getting that information. Maybe I'm thinking too hard but that scene just seemed really strange to me, I for sure thought they were dead.

I look at moments like that as reminders for people who havent watched since the last arc and might have forgotten what exactly happened.
