I honestly never expected to go down this road, but after browsing around the MC Forum recently, I've realized that I owe something to the MC community.

Long story short--I used to write under the name MrGrey back in the early 2000s. Apparently, my stories were well-liked... More than I realized. I explain the author name change here: the only MrGrey account I still have access to.

Anyway, this is just bit of mystery solving for anyone interested in knowing what happened to MrGrey... Surprise: you've been reading his stories this whole time.

Huge fan, amazing to know my old fave is my new fave. New member here, but old member for years apparently. I was a paid member of your site back in the day. Your Afternoon\Evening Well Spent stories are among my favorites of all time. Still have all your stories on my hard drive. Keep up the great work! :)

Well shit I had no idea! It's interesting how your style has changed alot from back in the day- MrGrey did alot more 'transformation' for lack of a better word stuff and your old Tumblr + current writing has more of a cuckold aspect to it then I saw back then. Still good to know that your still around!

That’s true! I would credit my evolving tastes with why I started writing again. I suddenly had new scenarios to explore. Of course, you can still see that some things haven’t changed, like hooker and fuckdoll transformations that can be seen in my MrGrey stories. I have realized that I need to make something else clear though: I had nothing to do with anyone writing as MrGrey after 2005-ish. And I also had nothing to do with “MsGrey” who has some stories out there. Apparently the rumor was that she was my girlfriend? Lol. That’s definitely not true.

Your style has changed a lot. I’d have never guessed. You are instrumental in having defined what I’m into and one of the main reasons I ever started writing MC/TF fiction myself.

That’s flattering to hear! Yes, I’ve definitely added some new kinks over the decades, and when I go back to read my old stories, I definitely sound like someone just beginning writing. Hopefully my style has only improved! lol

Damn, that's why you always felt "familiar"! Thank you for all the great stories, one of the main sources of inspiration for me was the Grey stories. Not to mention your Yazzers works on your old blog! Damn! Thanks <3

Same here. Mr. Grey is like a writing legend, one of the OGs. Finding out you're also Yazzers was a total surprise. I've been missing Yazzers' vibe, so it's awesome to see you're still at it. Your work has inspired and influenced my writing a lot.

That's awesome to hear! It's crazy to hear yourself called a legend -- especially when I'm my biggest critic. I was just starting out with writing when I put out my original MrGrey stories and had a lot to learn about storytelling. I'm always glad to hear that those stories were a favorite for people at the time (and even now). Thanks so much for the kind words!
