Newlyweds Abby and Jeremy have just bought their first home in the idyllic suburban community of Ivy Hill. Their wonderful neighbors are friendly and fun and the welcoming neighborhood feels like heaven on Earth. Things take a turn for the strange when they learn about Ivy Hill's Homeowners Association, which has some very specific requirements for residents. Little do Abby and Jeremy know, but the Association has much more planned for them.
