I am down for either but I have noticed in the past that low light shoots tend to be less crisp in image quality. If there was a way to shoot it with good ambient lighting and some extra lights to add the dynamic lighting and color, then play with the light levels in post to give the moody ambience while maintaining crispness in the shadowy areas. That would be something to see.

I think my brain is just cooked right now. I looked through the last 3 months of shoots and checked 2401-King Arturia and Kuromi Core, 2312-Suit Saber, 2311-Amelia Watson and viper Toxic Bunny. Then I realized I am a potato, all of those sets look amazing and I think I was confusing Depth of Field with whatever my brain was doing. Sorry about that, I figured I would leave the response here for anyone wondering, but I could also just delete this comment thread if you want. Also I have massive respect for ChasisPhotos' skills. I hope my bungling attempt at input didn't put a damper on your guys' day.

Ahahaha not at all! I was genuinely curious since usually light images are "softer" and dark ones are "crisp" since you have to use hard light to make them pop up ♡
