F.A.Q ( Frequently Asked Questions )

Q - Where are the LINKS!?

Q - Can I ask Azeru a question? ( Like here in the comments or private messages? )
A - You can use the comments section below to ask any question that isn't answered in this F.A.Q! But Audio/Character Requests, Questions that are already answered here, Private questions, etc. will be automatically deleted and you may be barred from commenting in the future.

Q - Is there an Audio Catalogue?
A - Currently, there is not.

Q - Why isn't the Audio up yet?
A - It's still being edited or worked on. Azeru works on the Audios all alone. Researching, Writing, Recording, Editing, etc. Audios take time to finish!

Q - Why can't the Audios be done faster?
A - Quality. Most of the Audios are edited well above and beyond what you may expect. Even subtle SFX are included and thought out.

Q - How do I join the Discord Server? 
A - You must connect your Discord account to your Patreon account in Patreon's Settings.

Q - What makes these Audios so different?
A - There are a lot of things that make these Audios different!
- Second By Second Edit - Audios are carefully scrutinized one second at a time to ensure proper timing and SFX!
- Unique SFX - The SFX you hear are mostly recorded by Azeru himself then edited in. There are also unique SFX tracks that are recorded on a per Audio basis! At times that Audio Libraries are used, only Movie Quality paid Libraries are used, no free ones to ensure Quality.
- Proper Binaural Bias - The Audios are all Stereo with proper 3D Biases. This means that they aren't just "Left Ear" vs "Right Ear", rather the sounds come from more than 8 potential directions as well as multiple levels of closeness for a proper ASMR response.
- NSFW Context Switching - All of the Audios feature changes to the NSFW version that's more than just extending it! From additional SFX or changed lines that completely change the context of the Audio to make it more NSFW.

Q - Who does the Audios cater to or aim at?
A - Each Audio is a unique experience that has it's own scenario. From Shy and Submissive characters like the Catboy or the Confident and Demanding CEO, there's an Audio for everyone!

Q -  I don't like the Audios, can you change them?
A - If the Audio does not cater to your tastes, it will not be changed solely to cater to you. There are other people out there with other tastes or preferences that should also be respected just as much as you. There are other Audios with scenarios or actions that may cater to your specific desires though and those will also not be changed to cater to people who do not like what you like.

Q - Does Azeru really send Physical Letters and Packages to people!?
A - Yes! It is part of the perks! It also is Azeru's goal to provide the best service and experience possible!

Q - Does Azeru only talk to people who are at *insert tier* tier?
A - No. Azeru is active as much as possible on all social platforms and does not only talk to specific people.

Q - Can I ask Azeru out on a date or like confess to him? Maybe he can do a face reveal!?
A - No. This is not a dating service, please keep that in mind.

Q - Does Azeru really read all the comments?
A - Yes. Yes he does. He also tries to reply to as many as possible, especially for early comments!

Q - Azeru has favourites/he doesn't talk to me in the comments/anywhere?!
A - Azeru is a busy person, while he tries his best to be active, it's impossible to talk and reply to every single person at the same time while keeping work on schedule.

Q - Why did I get charged twice before one month is over?
A - Patreon charges on the 1st of each month regardless of when you subscribe. This was shown at the checkout page before you confirm payment.

Q - I was only a patron for 1 day, and I got charged again, can I have a refund?
A - If you signed up near the end of the month on the last couple of days, you are eligible for a refund of that month as long as you have properly paid for the following month! Please send a message to Azeru!

Q - I subscribed to a tier and I didn't get my perks or I didn't like them! Refund please?
A - If you signed up for T1 or T2, you will not be eligible for a refund except in certain circumstances. You are free to message Azeru explaining your circumstance. If you are T3 and above, you are eligible for a refund to the difference of T2 if you did not receive or use any of your redeems depending on your situation if it's reasonable!

Q - Why are some rewards only given after two months, six months, one year, etc.?
A - The rewards were made with the intent to reward people who support Azeru. Each card, Package, Ring, etc. are supposed to be special. They are supposed to be earned instead of simply bought by upgrading to a tier then immediately downgrading.

Q - Will Azeru do another Audio of *insert character here*?
A - Yes, future Audios will be made of all characters as I get inspiration for them!

Q - Can I download these Audios?
A - Yes! These Audios can be downloaded within Patreon on your iPhone or Android by using the Patreon App! Though standalone downloads are legally not allowed.

Q - Can I share these Audios with other people?
A - As long as it doesn't break Patreon's terms of service and use, I do not mind if you share with people close to you. But you are NOT ALLOWED to share it publicly or to any big group that you aren't close with.

Q - I have a perk with my tier and I have a question-?
A - Please refer to the specific post related to your tier!

Q - I have a script, request, or suggestion! How can I send them?
A - Azeru does not accept requests nor script submissions directly . Your suggestions can be posted in the comments section of each Audio ( Patreon or Youtube ).
