Hey I imported the ultimate city pack and the buildings were inside out and the normals are blue so that's fine I but I don't know what to do I have never encountered this problem before. Do you know what to do?

It could be that you are using eevee. You can fix it by going to the materials of the building, go to viewport display settings and change them to Alpha hashed
