I found a lump on my right upper arm of all places, and spent 3 weeks in hell. This episode's a fruit of my perseverance against real, tangible irl horror. Didn't wanna speak up and cause panic before I had anything concrete to say. Today I had the first surgery in my life, the thing's been removed, no muscles were affected, and overall I'm fine, but there's a stitch on my drawing arm that mustn't be bothered. My movement gets rather energetic when I draw, so that's a nono for now, I'm taking at least a week off while my arm heals, possibly more but let's hope it won't be needed.

Just to reiterate, it was no art-related injury, and I should be back on track soon. If anything changes for the worse or if my recovery needs more time, I'll let you know.

I'm bad at talking about myself, and generally feel uncomfortable when my person's being placed in the spotlight instead of my art, so I'd appreciate quiet understanding and well-wishes instead of deeper discussion of this. I'm also mentally exhausted and just wanna distract as much as possible ;o; So please if you wanna help me feel better, focus on my work instead.
