"Way Cool!" pixel animation (Patreon)

I don't know why but I had a heavy need to make this. Maybe I just had way too much Pizza Tower in my life recently, really enjoyed this game, few of its tracks got stuck in my head really hard and with one of them I just couldn't help but get inspired to make some new bright random thing with Zed. Here's the track it was supposed to go with really well:

It should have had a scrolling background and I actually did it, videos are pinned in attachments but the problem is that I know nothing about animating software so the only way to make such a simple thing as scrolling background was to make everything work in RPG Maker where scrolling parallaxes is one of the most basic things. Making animation to work there was quite difficult though but making a proper record was even harder. RPG Maker footage lags with OBS studio, plus video compression is quite bad and of all online video editors I know, my favorite Clipchamp turned out to be the best, I didn't know it has a screen record feature too and it gave me a good result but it's still not an A grade. FPS is still laggy and the quality is not as smooth and crisp as it's seen in original gif or launched in RPG Maker. Gif is the only way to show how good it goes with the vibe of the track but only with still background sadly. If you know more about animating with specific software than me (which means more than NOTHING) then you can help me to make a proper gif if you want.

Also with that image Zed Vector finally got his canon full-body view, I already did one full-body image in CGA style but he was naked there while I had his shorts design in my head for a long time and it was supposed to be his trademark outfit.
