It's not much but while working on commission I was doing some breaks to give myself a little breath of freedom by drawing small pixel stuff little by little. Decided to give some life to my OC Zed Vector and drew a pixel art which is supposed to resemble somewhat a video game title screen. First time I chose 640x480 resolution but then I remembered that even Amiga computer games were 320x240, 640x480 became common only around middle 90s with Windows system and all these iconic point n' click adventure games which I love too but I wanted to go more oldschool. Obviously, 50% size compression messed up everything so I had to draw all the outlines over again but in the end I got me some nice classic megadrive feel.
Also decided to experiment with simple animation a bit, took my old concept art I did to make my big wall piece, traced two characters from it and added two extra frames with slightly alternated angles and position of every part. As a result, it turned into some nice classic jiggly animation which was popular in 90s, a very simple way to give some lively movement to just everything. I love how it turned out. I'm gonna do two more characters of mine like that. Would be good to use it for something more serious but for now I have to focus on my Volk game, I can't think about any other epic project before I finish this one.

I loooove this! The jiggly animation is so stylish and I would believe the Zed Vector title page was actually from 1992.
