Not so Lonesome Cowboy Routine (commission) (Patreon)

As I mentioned in my summary post, I was going to do a human art as a commission this month and here it is! Drawn for my dear friend and long-term Patreon supporter Jakiboy who fully shared my affection for one of my childhood crushes, Lucky Luke.

Surely, a majority of my childhood crushes consisted mainly of furry characters, biggest ones are among of them, but of course there were human characters as well. I lost my passion for most of them already but right now, when I'm experiencing a period of a slight revival of my old affection for humans, I realize that some of them still mean a lot for me. Lucky Luke is one of them, one of my oldest crushes among first furry characters I fell in love with as a kid and probably the reason I got into cowboys so much. I guess it was a matter of time when I finally give him a credit for this.

Now a bit of history for you:

Lucky Luke is a comic character created in 1946 by Belgium artist Maurice De Bevere who then collaborated with French writer René Goscinny, their partnership lasted from 1955 until Goscinny's death in 1977, then Maurice worked with different other writers until his own death in 2001 after which the series was continued by a French artist Hervé Darmenton. As you can see, it's a comic with a very long story and a lot of involvement of France, so all comic issues were on French in a first place. All animated adaptations such as three full-length films made in 1971, 1978 and 2007 and most of the many cartoon series which were produced in 1990, 2001, 2006 and 2010 were made in France as well except the first one made in 1983 by Hanna-Barbera, in collaboration with two French companies though.

Lucky Luke is a classic Western stuff, a long series of comics and cartoons about a hero fighting bad guys in a Wild West, as you can guess he was pretty known in Europe but I'm not sure how popular he got far abroad. It feels like he is barely known in Russia, I still haven't even checked if any of these cartoons actually have Russian dub to be honest, my own encounter with Lucky Luke happened purely by a great luck. My grandmother worked as a stewardess in USSR times, it was quite a lucky job to have back then, considering the notorious Iron Curtain she had an access to the rare world of foreign goods most people didn't have. This is how I inherited various rare European comic books as a kid such as French Lucky Luke, Spanish 13, Rue del Percebe, American book about Uncle Scrooge, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie and others. Honestly, Rue del Percebe was much more captivating for little me to look through despite I obviously didn't know either Spanish or French but in the other hand Lucky Luke had a very significant role for my early gay awakening. First of all, Luke was shown shirtless in this one issue I had and second, this issue had muscle growth plot, sadly not for Luke but still. It was enough for me to experience some odd feelings inside despite being just a kindergarten kid at that moment. But honestly, Lucky Luke being shirtless is not much a big luck, he was shown naked or at least shirtless pretty much A LOT of times, here's a little collage of all such scenes I found in publicly available PDF files.

As you can see, a lot of scenes feature him taking a bath in a tub or river, I guess it was a part of his "moral guide" image, Luke was pretty much an idealized hero, an example for kids to follow, so maybe that's why there was such a focus on him being tidy and keeping himself clean despite all the rough and dirty wild west life. He was never shown drinking beer as well, there even was a scene in one comic showing a line of men drinking beer in a bar where Luke was the only person holding a bottle of soda. The only controversial thing was him smoking. A cigarette in his mouth was Luke's trademark thing but he was forced to have it replaced by a straw in 1983 due to a growing anti-smoking campaign.

But you know, nice guys are especially good to spoil hahaha, this is what my art is all about, and as I said, my friend felt no less a big affection for Lucky Luke and said it would be awesome to see me drawing something horny with him. Honestly, I was dreaming to draw some art with human characters just for myself ever since I drew Tarma from Metal Slug (a comm for the same friend actually) but I never have enough time and motivation to do so, furries are still my #1 priority and ideas with them constantly keep overshadowing my human ideas and taking all attention. Well, at least I have one good friend to support these urges of mine!

This is a classic striptease pin-up art with a big set of all classic stuff which can be done with such artworks, body hair, boner, foreskin, alternative nipples, lactation, beer gut and everything else, honestly this the first case when I make such a big amount of alts and almost none of them are excessively filthy so I put them all in one archive. Except only two smegma edits, sorry for putting them in one archive with normal edits, just ignore them if it's not your thing.

I hope you enjoyed this artwork even though it's not furry! I'm hoping to draw more Luke, hopefully something inflation related, but I'm not sure when exactly, my nearest personal art plans are revolving around furry characters again.
