March was a pretty good month! Of course I didn't manage to do everything I planned but it's my common problem so whatever. A pretty lucky commission period started for me as I got a plenty of very good requests I feel very willing to work on, not only I finally started getting requests for extreme fat and inflation I missed so much, I finally found people who asked for such stuff with BEASTARS characters whom I wanted to do this way for a long time. Trendy characters and some of the most popular kinks in fandom was a great combo and it brought me an insane amount of new patrons so my last earnings were really good, it really proved how easy it is to get popular when you deal with trendy stuff but I'm still not going to stop doing mainly obscure stuff.

However, results of abnormal rapid growth usually die off quickly unlike a slow but steady growth and sadly a big amount of patrons unsubscribed in the end of March, rolling me back to my regular level, so my excitement was premature, people just wanted their furry bait stuff and, right after they saw that I'm probably not going to make more such things anytime soon, they left quickly. Well, at least I earned some extra money but now the hopes that I maintain the growth in April are pretty low.

I also finished the third part of the Leroy sequence in March but only in pencil as I was distracted by comms and other stuff so I haven't posted it. Plan to finish it soon as my Beastars WG sequence is done now and I can take another break for personal art.

Speaking of distractions, I promised to tell the reason why I'm a bit extra busy lately.

My friend (the only irl friend I have) who lives on a countryside have moved to my place in March 11 and will live with me for three months. It was a bit scary for me for the first time to accept his request to move for such a long period but it turned out okay in the end. I couldn't reject him because he and his girlfriend helped me the same way when I lived in their house for free for 4 months in 2022. The reason he needed to move is that he is going to get a driving license and he need to attend driving school lessons in our city which last for three months, 3-4 days a week. It will be very expensive for him to pay for a bus ride from his village to the city every each day, not to mention that bus station is one hour walk away from his house and lessons start very early. Renting an apartment is expensive too, so living with me was the best option. My apartment has only one room but my kitchen is extremely spacious so he settled there, we freed my dining table for his PC and he sleeps on the floor right there. He was used to sleep like that for years until I moved and gave away all my furniture including two couches to them so it's okay with him. It's almost a month of him living here so far and I don't feel uneasy, we both have our personal space, he brought a ton of vegetables, meat and other stuff he grew himself and helps a lot with cleaning and cooking in return for staying here.

The worst thing I was afraid of is that I'll have problems with drawing, you know, it's quite an intimate thing, but actually I don't experience much problems with it. He stays in his room most the time and don't interrupt me, not to mention he is often out on his driving lessons or some other stuff. Not to mention he knows about everything I'm doing so it's not like I have to hide something.

More than that, someone's presence somewhat made me more disciplined and I started to focus more on working. This is the reason why I was making a bit more content than usual lately. But still it's also a distraction. After all, having another person in your house is not the same as living alone so it's not always possible to spend hours and hours in a row on just working non-stop.

But I don't think that April will be worse than March in productivity so it's all fine, expect some more good art from me in nearest future! And of course, big thanks for everyone who are still here supporting me no matter what, you're the best, the amount of work I'm doing is also the merit of you and your support!
